The Revolution Goes Home to America

What no one in the conventional media seems to understand about the Ron Paul Campaign is that, while Ron is the spokesman—the vessel, according to Danny Romero of Ron Paul Revolution Radio—the action takes place, is organized and funded, not through the Official Campaign, but through the Revolution. That is why we call it The Revolution. With the Revolution, winning is not one campaign, but taking back America. With the Revolution, the people began taking back their power, a process that will continue no matter what.

On the 6^th of March Ron Paul spoke on a video that produced dismay among his supporters and delight in the conventional media. In both camps, the reaction was wrong. The real message came here: “Elections are short-term efforts, revolutions are long-term projects.” Dr. Paul went on to point to his campaign as a first step in a long process. The next phase, he said, would be an entirely grass roots effort, not another top down organization. He made it clear that he will attend, he will be part of that process. At the same time he said a quiet NO to centralized control of all kinds—including his own campaign. In one short statement, he therefore endorsed his supporters’ efforts to extend the Revolution into new arenas, taking it home to America. When you really love something you show that love by setting it free. Ron Paul loves liberty; he has set us free to continue the Revolution.

Ron Paul Activists look at politics from a very different direction. Drawn from every part of society, from every walk of life, they came together to work for freedom, much like the original revolutionaries who paid for their own guns and bullets. Freedom is personal, and they know that.

Ron Paul Revolutionaries are united by their common vision for a return to the original Constitution and local control of government. In that, they are finding coalition across boundaries that once divided us. As the Revolution has continued, they have found themselves working with others from every point on the political spectrum. Out of many, they are becoming one, in a curious resonance with that traditional phrase, also echoed in early Christianity and in the fervor that drew Puritans to these shores nearly 400 years ago

The conventional media do not know just how wrong they are. They will learn. Over and over again they have attempted to reframe the Ron Paul Revolution as quirky, marginal, irrelevant. But it is actually the future, not just of America, but of the world.

Gene Gaudette of American Politics Journal, a life-long Liberal and Progressive, had a very different interpretation on, “the new form of politics in America.” Gaudette, a guest on The Revolution Will Not Be Televised on RPRRadio.com, an online station, said today, “The Ron Paul Revolution is a combination of game theory. It is chaotic self organization and planning. What we bear witness to is the power of chaotic, self-determining consensus.” Gaudette went on to say later, “Marshall McCluhan, the guru of communication, used to refer to hot and cold mediums. He would have seen the Internet as a white hot medium, delivering transparency, heat, and power. It is shattering the conventional media.” No wonder the conventional media are afraid. They are in the same position occupied by blacksmiths in the early 20^th Century. The people are now taking back their power.

With Ron, that has been the case for his entire career. Penny Langford, who served as District Political Director for his Congressional races starting in 1998 and leaving in April 2007, said today, “Round one is over. Round two is people taking the Revolution local to return governance to the people. We can change the minds and hearts of Americans by showing them that the power is theirs. Big government will not be the future; it is the past. Keep your mind, your hearts, your work, and your money—local.” She went on to point out that all of Ron's Congressional campaigns were run by the volunteers.

Carol Jones, an old associate of Ron’s dating from the Reagan Administration said, “Ron is the heart of the Revolution, but we all know that no one person is, themselves, the answer. It is one of his strengths that he, too, knows that.”

Some find the Revolution from a secular viewpoint, others see in it the flowering of a spiritual truth. Activist Fred Smart of Chicago said of the Revolution, “The energy of freedom and liberty is our divine birthright. The true campaign is summed up in that one word—Energy. Full accountability, full transparency. It is a pulsating, living, breathing body. You can’t put those things on the shelf. They are always active in our lives.”

Freedom is about all parts of our lives, each one precious. Ron shares those views, and he is a man of his word in all things.

Ron Paul made a promise to his supporters that he would continue as long as they wanted. He is still there for us: when we ask, he will come. He has watched the Revolution change the political landscape of America in the last months; he wants that work to continue. The Revolution has made a powerful statement, and he understands what our work means to the future. By stepping back, he is doing more than just keeping his promise to stay and fight. He is removing the confusion over who is in charge. We are.

We will now take the Revolution into our own hands: we will build the visible, living proof that a people can govern themselves.

A time comes when a father steps back so that his child can take those first steps into a future that goes beyond his own life. That time has come for us. Now, we begin the work in our own communities, work that will return America to the vision that promised, not only prosperity, but a security that embraced each of us with the affirmation of our individual rights, granted by God before the existence of any government ever imagined in the mind of Man.

That future will be ours—thanks to Ron Paul.

We need to defeat the Real ID and we have only until May 11^th of this year to keep the states out of participation. Despite what you have heard little has been done until recently to ensure that states pass the legislation that stops the Real ID for their citizens. Now, that effort is in fast forward.

The impact of the Real ID is worse than anything you ever heard and billions in profits to the most corrupt corporations in America are riding on its implementation using biometrics. Your DNA, your eye scan, your finger prints and your medical records will become, effectively, the property of not just one government agency but all agencies, American and global. More, they will be sold to corporations. Go to the site for Stop the Real ID Coalition . This is a threat Americans need to understand.

You did not hear about this for the same reason Congress didn't. The details were buried in the footnotes.

The fast forward for stopping the Real ID comes in the form of a very small group of determined individuals.

Mark Lerner, the founder of Real ID Coalition, is doing a great job getting states to pass the needed legislation barring their participation. We need 20 states to ensure it cannot be carried out. Mark is now working his way through the state legislatures and they are finally finding out the truth and passing the needed legislation. Mark and the coalition people are straight ahead kind of folks and their information is right on and factual. Homeland Insecurity hates that.

You can help. The first way is to donate, and we really need the money first just to keep Mark on the road and second to pay for security. You will see why in a moment. You can also replicate the actions of Freedom Man himself, Ernie Hancock who, as always, took his own kind of action.

Ernie had tickets for not properly recycling printed up. These looked like the real thing; lots of check off boxes with the infractions of the recipient clearly noted. But the phone number went to a newspaper in Phoenix. 40 of the tickets were placed on trashcans. That paper changed its phone number. The url on the ticket took you to a very special and entirely accurate site, Arizona Tip Hotline. Ernie wonders what would have happened if they had used more than 40 of the tickets. He has thousands and Ernie has not yet begun to make the powers that be in Arizona unhappy.

The phones at city hall lit up and have stayed lit. The people are starting to understand the Real ID. Now we need to get the model legislation written by Mark to those in the Arizona legislature. We also need to get Mark there to hammer home the message in the language legislators best understand.

Ernie gets the attention of the public and the establishment; Mark bats clean up, pulling the state back from the edge of fascism towards freedom.

Today in Oklahoma Mark finished his presentation to various state senators and left. Fifteen minutes later an outraged representative of Homeland Insecurity, reportedly very highly placed, whatever that means, raged into the office of the senator who is sponsoring the bill and demanded that it be defeated and that the Real ID be accepted. Or Else. It seems that the powers that be really, really, want to Real ID. The guy probably bought stock in biometrics.

So tomorrow morning Mark will be meeting this same puffed up bureaucrat for the best two falls out of three before he addresses the whole Senate at 9am. It is amazing how important these adherents to the Uniform Fascism Theory think they are. Stay tuned for more developments.

What Happened to Freedom? A Story You Need to Hear.

It was an electric experience, heady, powerful, filled with joy and individual empowerment. People from all parts of society came together to work on the election. They made signs and waved them over freeway bridges; they printed their own literature because they could not get it fast enough. They wrote what was needed, did the graphics, printed it. They used their own money to get the job done. Every dollar they spent they saw as moving them closer to the shining vision on which America was founded. There was friendship, happiness and trust.

You may think I am talking about the Ron Paul Revolution. Actually, that was the early days of the Libertarian Party. The Presidential Campaign that incited us was that of Roger MacBride in 1976.

You would not know today. I still have many Libertarian friends but the Libertarian Party is very different. You need to know what happened and why.

We lived those heady days; We stood on the bridges holding up signs in all weather. We were well on the way to creating a real grassroots organization. What stopped us was people who decided we, 'needed to get organized.' You know about one of those people. That is Edward H. Crane, III of Cato Institute. Others of like mind followed.

If you are a Ron Paul Activist, working on the Revolution, you are working for something that matters much more than electing Ron Paul as President, as important as that is. You are working on creating a new form through which the people can govern themselves. That is the revolutionary part.

The people must govern themselves.

Ron Paul signed up to roll back the Federal Government. The rest of the job, most of it, truthfully, will remain to be carried out from our communities by us as individuals who live there. You will encounter many people who want to 'organize' you. Ignore them and keep doing it exactly like you are doing it now. Using the tools they offer you will result in the creation of yet another Reform Party, another 'not for profit' that makes lots of money for those who are at the top. The idea that there is a top should be enough to tell you this is the wrong direction.

Instead you need to continue to use the hub system that you have been using. That was what I recommended to the Libertarian Party in 1999. Instead of a National Office that 'coordinated' the grassroots I proposed that they close the office in DC and provide services to activists. Those were to include putting on a National Convention with speakers and a newsletter that simply let people share their experiences, successful and unsuccessful, with local projects. There, literature could also be shared, made available via the Internet with local people adding and using it as needed.

Naturally, no one listened. They were firmly entrenched in the 'structure' of a political party and busy jockeying for positions that would augment egos and income.

Here and there across the country local LP organizations continued to use the networking forms you would recognize. San Diego is one of those.

San Diego declined to be part of the centralization of the LP. Instead of central committees voting on how to spend money they came together (this spanned the time before the Internet) to hear people talk about their ideas for projects. Activists then decided how to spend their own time and money. That is what the Ron Paul Revolution has been doing online. That is the essence of networking, each deciding for themselves where they will participate.

That is the story of the past. It was easier for us then in many ways. We did not have the Internet but we also faced less immediate threats.

Today one of the most critical issues we face is the present use of the still unpassed Home Grown Terrorism Act.

It is already being used. Following their usual strategies the NeoCons did not wait for Congress. The idea of Constitutionalists as Terrorists is part of the training being given to local police and has been for a while now. I heard that straight from the horse's mouth last September at a National Federation of Republican Women's Luncheon. The guest speaker was a local law enforcement officer who lumped Constitutionalists together with gang members. In the terms of the man speaking I am a terrorist. None of the other ladies present questioned him on that. I did.

We are facing immediate danger and we need to take action. Increasingly, those of us involved on issues will be targeted because we are threatening the corporate establishment. There is no reason to make it easier for them and more dangerous for ourselves.

The solution is even more networking and increased communication between those of us working on specific issues.

Early last year Jeff Schwilk, Founder of the San Diego Minutemen was targeted by local police. They used a sealed warrant to arrest him. After months of trauma and much money he managed to get the warrant unsealed. The causes were manufactured. Today another man in the same area has been sitting in jail for over a month, waiting to make $600,000 bail. His crime? Posting a comment on the ACLU that was something like, “they should die and go away.” The site was Save Our State, one that focuses on ending illegal immigration.
We can expect to be targeted on issues that are critical to corporate interests. Those include clean elections and immigration and the North American Union and the Real ID.

We need to continue working to get Ron elected but also be more aware of the specific issues that his candidacy brings into focus. Those involved in those organizations need to be especially careful.

Staying decentralized while using networks for support and communication, reduces our exposure. Our networking must include providing support when the harassment and arrests, inevitably, come. If when activists are targeted and arrested they become the immediate focus of more effective activism then the long planned NeoCon strategy of suppression will fail. Many have already been dealing with harassment and found ways to handle it.

You should think about this for yourself. We need to respond rapidly and effectively. One thing we can all do is ensure harassment or arrest will be noticed immediately. That strategy is an early warning system that lets us know who is being targeted and what must be done to keep us and our families safe.

We call it the Ron Paul Revolution, and it is exactly that, a change in the form we use to govern ourselves, moving us from hierarchy to hubs and networks. Extend your personal network to protect yourself and your fellow Revolutionaries.

Coordination and cooperation are good. Control is not

What Future Generations Will Say About Ron Paul

Ron Paul was the natural icon for what we now know as The Revolution. His candidacy for president in 2007 was, for him, another opportunity to take the message of freedom to the people. It hit the bullseye for millions; providing a focus and goal to the growing unease and dissatisfaction of people everywhere. Events, technological developments, and ideas meshed.

Ron Paul had, for his entire life time, been the Champion of the Constitution. For most of that life he had felt that no one was listening. In 2007 that changed. His straight talk went right to the hearts of those who heard him, bringing hope where there was only fear and despair as people looked into the future.

As the wave of enthusiasm rose Ron received donations from across the world; people flew in at their own expense just to volunteer. The Ron Paul Revolution became a focus for millions of people around the world. Executives in Fortune 500 companies left their jobs to hit the road as full time Paulists.

The 'establishment,' comprising the confluence of corporations and government, began to shred. They became desperate to maintain power. No one alive today was there but we have all seen the images.

The people were making themselves heard. They redoubled their efforts. Moved by his record, his life, and by the ideas of freedom individuals began to discover their own power and take action. That power that each of us takes for granted today had been denied and legislated into nonexistence by those who placed themselves in control; the people had come to doubt its existence. They found it.

They came to the Ron Paul Revolution eager, ignorant of politics and organizing but they were prepared to learn and they did. Over and over again those who 'knew' told them it was impossible. Over and over they proved the experts wrong.

Ron Paulists came from every ideology, every viewpoint, every race, every segment of a society that had been divided to keep them silent. That movement, that we call The Revolution, changed the face of the world.

It started as a political campaign; it evolved to encompass every part of our lives.

Through the Ron Paul Revolution America realized the vision of a people who govern themselves. Local government returned to something closer to the original town model, familiar to the Colonial Period of New England. People found what worked for them depending on persuasion and consensus. Financial Institutions and the monetary system became tools of local economy, cooperating with others.

No one expected it. No one planned it. It happened, to be later explained by economists, historians and anthropologists as a demonstration of the Principle of Spontaneous Order because their need had met opportunity in the form of the Knowledge Commons, made accessible to nearly everyone through the Internet, though that was just the beginning. Everything became a tool in their hands. The components had been coming into existence for decades, of course.

The larger Freedom Movement of the early 20^th Century had, at its foundation, the idea that knowledge belonged not to any one individual but to all people for all time, a common heritage for humanity. Now it is obvious; if the people know then they choose wisely, each for themselves.

The conflict between Linux and Microsoft, typified that conflict and its eventual resolution, lead to the open source world of today and to the focus on increased understanding and enriching art and insight instead of the previous focus on consumption and material possessions.

When people have access to knowledge and the tools they could do it themselves. By 2007 the conditions existed so that this could take place. Confronted by the need to elect Ron Paul as president, something he himself thought impossible, activists looked about them and innovated, using the information available and the tools provided by the Internet. In a shorter time than anyone believed possible they changed how the world perceived politics, government, media and corporations.

Today we live in the world of their making.

Instead of experiencing the future they faced, bound together against their will in one global village, they freed themselves using the Knowledge Commons and the Internet.

In their innocence they refused to accept that change was not possible; therefore they ignored conventional wisdom. The multitude of approaches to the problems they faced, including that of the honest ballot, how to return control to the local level, feeding themselves when the dollar died, how to power their homes, how to provide transportation without oil, and how to rebuild their local economy, how to restore the Earth, each of these problems were solved using the same open source tools and minds that did not accept limitations imposed from the past.

In that way we became a globe of villages, linked through knowing each other and knowing where and in whom we could invest trust. They reestablished our understanding of community, something anthropologists now explain in terms of our inherent, cognitive capacities.

They freed us. Today we take the richness of our lives for granted. Each of us enjoys a diversity of interests that occupy our time that was impossible to our grandparents. Only the wealthy could have been so occupied then.

The steady implosion of organizations constructed to create wealth for those in control through limiting access to knowledge continued into the second decade of the 21^st Century. Now the idea that anyone can limit access to knowledge is strange, then it was simply accepted.

The Age of the Authority ended with the Age of Collectivism. Today's recognition of excellence is based strictly on demonstrated accomplishment. Fewer of us use formal institutions of learning; nearly all of us keep learning all of our lives.

Collectivism, in its many forms, was displaced, freeing us to actualize unlimited personal horizons within the security of our communities.

As it turned out, it was also a spiritual revolution. We came together, realizing in an unexpected form, the Christian vision of becoming One through Christ. Seeing past our differences we found each other. For this, we should remember to thank those Revolutionaries. The world was very different for them.

When you understand the future that confronted them you understand their desperation and the real sacrifices they made so willingly. Everything that mattered to them hung in the balance.

The projections of starvation enforced by policy by those who ruled them, drawn from the least ethical, had used their own wealth to enslave them. They had little; they did it anyway, setting themselves, and us, free.

Today we remember them and thank Ron Paul for being that point of hope on the horizon that inspired those many, many revolutionaries to fight that battle against impossible odds to set us free.

Snowmen for Ron Paul - Operation Live Free or Die.

Today they built the biggest snow man you probably ever saw. When it was finished they stuck a Ron Paul sign in his hand. The Revolution is in South Hampton, New Hampshire. It's coming to your home town, too, if it is not already there.

Roxi Collinson was completely alienated from politics. She had never registered, never voted, and had decided that the entire system was corrupt. A good percentage of her generation agree with her. Registration among people in their 20s was low, as was political activism.

Roxi is in her late 20s. It was just nine months ago that she found a candidate who changed her mind. That candidate for president is Ron Paul, the 72 year old Obstetrician and Congressman from Texas has changed the minds of lots of Americans. Raised in a home by parents who she describes as life long, Republicans, Roxi had rejected their party and their ideas. Now, she is a Ron Paul Republican.

When Roxi discovered Ron Paul, in the shock waves of publicity that his appearance in the South Carolina Debate stirred, she began studying his ideas and his life on the Internet. She was impressed. Here was a man who had consistently held the same views for decades. His speeches on subjects of principle did not change. His personal life reflected the same values; he was still married to his wife of over 50 years and they have 18 grandchildren.

His values were about personal integrity and adherence to the principles laid out in the Constitution. Roxi had never studied the Constitution. Civics was not taught in her high school. Today her own copy is well used and discussions of the articles, routine in the House.

Over that period of weeks last summer Roxi had found someone for whom she could vote. Then, she realized that if she and others did not become his campaign she would never be able to vote for him. Others had realized the same thing.

The movement his candidacy has started has changed the way individuals, like Roxi, view politics, and how politics works.

Until what supporters of Ron Paul call The Revolution, started, politics in America ran rigidly, mostly within party likes of affiliation, divided by chasms of distrust over issues that marked the boundaries of Right and Left.

The Ron Paul Revolution is changing that, and everything else. Now, political action has begotten not just a movement but a movement that is changing far more than politics.

Roxi and her boy friend, Jay, had a garage sale, selling off a third of what they owned, to raise the money to go to New Hampshire. That, and some items sold on E-bay came to around $2,500.00. The others in their Meet Up group chipped in to help out. In New Hampshire they immediately began working, canvassing, phoning, and doing things that other campaigns have never imagined doing.

Conventional, hierarchal organizing cannot compete.

Traditional campaigns are run from the top down. This campaign is being run by people who do it themselves. The Official Campaign, headquartered in Arlington, Virginia in a small space over a Chinese Cleaning establishment has practically nothing to do with the campaign that the Paul Candidacy has wrought.

Most campaigns focus tremendous energy on fundraising. Traditionally, those campaigns have a hierarchy and the top level is occupied by the Finance Committee, the well-heeled individuals, many of them actually acting for corporations, who get their circles of business and personal acquaintances to donate large chunks of money.

In the Ron Paul Revolution the money comes in unsolicited or through the efforts of volunteers who, using innovative approaches persuade other activists to donate small amounts of money. The typical donation is around $100.

In that way the campaign raised nearly 20 million this last quarter, more than any other Republican candidate.

Some activists, like Vijay, give more. If you saw the Google Interview with Ron Paul, you know about Vijay. This is from the Operation Live Free of Die Website.

I'm the fellow that flew down from Seattle to hear Dr Paul talk and to write him a check. Seattle's local newspaper, The Stranger, wrote an article about my visit to Mountain View to see Dr Paul.

I'm organizing Operation Live Free or Die because I believe we have a chance, a real chance, of restoring our Republic to the principles on which it was founded. We have a chance to end the undeclared, unconstitutional, murderous War in Iraq and bring our troops home -- immediately. A chance of ending the government's theft of the fruits of our labor via the IRS. A chance to run our lives as we see fit without a bureaucrat in Washington telling us what we can and cannot do. For these reasons I want to do everything I can to restore freedom to our great country by electing Dr Ron Paul as President. I hope you will join me.”

Ron Paul volunteers may well have previously worked in Fortune 500 companies.

Most signs, literature, and other traditional adjuncts to campaigning are also directly provided by the activists, who design, share costs, and pay for printing.

The same activists, who have converted social networking sites like MySpace, FaceBook, and others to their use and also use the social spaces specifically provided by other volunteers, have found unexpected ways to use each of these tools.

What was mostly Internet is now flooding out into the mundane world.

Roxi is now living in a big old house in Hampton Beach with eleven other activists. According to Roxi there are no problems getting along with each other. They have a common focus, electing Ron President. The house was rented not by the Official Campaign but by Vijay as are 12 other houses around the state.

When a new activist arrives they are taken to the local gas station to discover that there is also a Ron Paul Network for buying. Activists and supporters are working on the problem of buying local by building their own network. Politics, and America are changing.

Roxi left her young daughter with her mother, quit her job, and put everything she still owns in storage to go to New Hampshire to work for Ron Paul full time. She has a mission, as do the others who are working with Operation Live Free or Die. Activists come from across the nation and around the world to work at their own expense.

Roxi says she is doing this for her daughter because, unless America returns to the Constitution, the future will be bleak for all children. Roxi and her fellow activists are this generation's Minute Men. Using the tools of edge technology they will take America back to the vision on which our nation was founded, community, responsibility, and individual rights.

Fox News – Boycott them and deliver the truth

Getting Fox is a good first step, then on to the truth!

To most Americans the power and profitability of media outlets like Fox makes them big players, powerful in their own right. Anchors become celebrities, representing the power of the media. That is glamor. But that is not how the media, print newspapers, television, radio and so forth looks to what I refer to as the Grid Corporations.

A Grid Corporation is one that is tied to profits that come from energy, oil, medical needs, munitions, big retail, for instance Walmart, big food, for instance Monsanto, or those whose profits come mostly from providing services to these.

Grid Corporations inherited the habits of the Robber Barons and before them the Mercantilists. They view government as their natural ally. They believe that government should protect them and their enterprises. They then pay off those in government. This began very early on with our intervention on behalf of merchant ship owners in trade. These early corporations viewed our military as an asset and arm of their enterprises by the first decade of the 1800s.

That continued, the relationship growing closer, snugger, and more incestuous until today.

In the period of the Robber Barons, after the close of the Civil War, Big Oil, beginning as the virtual monopoly, Standard Oil, joined that cadre of Grid Corporations at the close of the 1800s to be followed by Big Communications, (AT&T), and Big Energy, originally,Edison. The coupe de grace was installing the FED, their long time wet dream for automatic thievery, in 1913 along with the IRS.

At that point media was just publishing, newspapers and books and a scattering of lecturers who were heard by people in communities across the country. Through those mediums and private libraries, which were soon challenged by Carnegie Libraries, another Robber Baron, which were careful to ensure that certain books did not get shelf space, the flow of information was in the hands of the people. An independent media.

Grid Corporations saw that this was impacting their profits and took action. I am radically simplifying this and there are good books and articles you can read. Go look for contemporary sources; there is a lot on the Internet now.

Grid Corporations must have felt like they found an unlocked candy store. Each new form of media presented new opportunities to create markets of people who were trusting and had no other sources for information readily available. The Grid People then saw that government could be used to regulate competition out of business. They loved it.

They bought up the media. They mostly left them alone unless there was something they needed spun their way. That process of acquisition and suppression went on through the entire 20^th Century.

Then their attention was captured with ways to impact the outcome of elections.

Now here we are today. Think of Fox as an extension of Grid Corporations that, while it generates profits, is not primarily viewed by them as either media, in the sense we understand that, or a profit generator. Instead, it secures their real stream of profits, much larger. It does so by ensuring that the public accept that there are no alternatives for energy generation, petroleum for transportation, communications, including today Internet, television, radio, phone, etc, or such needs as medical technology, pharmacology, food production and distribution. Additionally, they work hard to enforce the belief that the restrictions and regulations imposed by government to limit choices are actually necessary and allowed under the Constitution. Entirely untrue.

Most of the people involved accept this belief system, however. Installing those erroneous ideas took generations. Those who work to reenforce it know just how tenuous their hold is, especially now. The Ron Paul Revolution has laid down the structure that proves that we can handle complex, multilayered, campaigns and projects ourselves with no oversight.

That is, itself, the most profound threat they have ever experienced.

That is why the Revolution, as opposed to the Official HQ, is so important. The Official HQ is a hierarchy and while they produce nothing, really, they work hard to control the Revolution. Ron Paul's candidacy has given us the tools for change just when change is most possible. People are most willing to change when they see no conventional alternatives. We can give them those tools through the Revolution, helping them take back their local communities.

That will include providing the affordable means for families and individuals to generate energy at point of usage, homes and business; to move towards a non-petroleum engine for transportation, even if that goes through a couple of generations that still use oil products, reducing usage. Growing local and then reactivating local harvest – usage, including further processing locally, is also an immediate concern. There are alternatives. You just have to look for them.

I do a show, Off The Grids, that talks about each of these and those articles are either on my political blog, How the NeoCons Stole Freedom, or The Spiritual Politician. Letting people know what others are doing spurs more innovation. The solutions are there.

About the Milford question.

Ron should not show up to the Brunch unless he is included in the Forum as a full participant. If his Official Campaign schedules him there with out that concession that is proof that either they are too dim to know which end to wipe or they are on someone else's payroll.

Never look weak; never.

When your enemy wavers you do not let up the pressure, you bore in. That is exactly what the Revolution is doing; it makes you want to cheer. The posts on the boycott are fantastic. Dropping the stock price and or impacting Fox financially is a great message to send.

This could also be used as an opportunity to get the truth out to voters on what they are seeing.

There are two political parties in the US. The one that has controlled things for our lifetimes is the RepDems. Each was taken over by operatives from the Grid Corporations. The other is us.

They call Corporate Candidates “Serious Candidates” because they have believed for at least a generation that no candidate not owned by corporations could mount an effective campaign. They are in shell shock right now; the 'forum' in Milford is evidence of that. Why would we therefore compromise?

This is the perfect opportunity to take the offensive. To do that we need to provide the real framing, as outlined above. This is a campaign between candidates who are controlled by corporations, Serious Candidates, and one man who is the Champion of the Constitution, and therefore the Champion of ordinary Americans.

The site will show you who owns each candidate, what they say as opposed to what they do, and how politics has profited each of them personally. We will include Ron for contrast, naturally.

The Battle of Milford, The Second American Revolution

I nearly deleted my invitation, my finger poised for a nanosecond over the key. I never go to events, I thought, why even open it.

Then my son called wistfully for lunch. My poised finger paused as I experienced a surge of Motherly Guilt. Arthur is 29 now, but he suffered two severe brain injuries when he was in his first year of college, the first a motorcycle accident the second a bullet through his brain in a failed suicide attempt. Sometimes we get miracles. Arthur is very patient, he learned to be during the long rehabilitation. He can walk now but he still needs help. I am his full time caretaker. I try not to make him wait.

Back upstairs in front of my computer I read my invitation to a very special Log Cabin Event. In case you did not know it, the Log Cabin Club is the Republican Club for Gay Persons. I am not gay myself. I joined as a matter of solidarity. Gay people are very marginalized in the Republican Party. That annoyed me so I joined.

I understood why the writer was so excited about being asked. This is like the crippled kid being asked to play on the baseball team. Then he finds out he gets to be second base. Gay persons are generally as welcome as pigs at the wedding for Republican Events. So why was their participation being solicited?

Now, this letter is interesting for several reasons. First, the Log Cabin Folks evidently think all the candidates were invited. They are wrong, as we all know. That is sort of ugly, don't you think? It is a direct lie. Maybe they would not care; maybe they really are that delighted be included, but maybe they would want to know that this will not be exactly what they have been told.

That happy burble of enthusiasm over being INCLUDED demonstrates what I said above.

Now, if Ron were to attend there would be standing room only. But Ron is speaking at the Liberty Forum at just that moment. That is in Nashua, around 11 miles down the road.

Did you know that Ron Paul Activists outnumber the opposition around 50 to 1 on the ground in New Hampshire? The activists did that with Operation Live Free or Die.

Roxie Collinson, one of the activists who quit her job to work full time as a volunteer, told me she will be going on to Nevada after this. She is not going to quit; she is a soldier for freedom and Ron Paul. Right now we are fighting the 2^nd American Revolution.

You see it every where you look.

The only candidate that elicits any enthusiasm is Ron Paul. Otherwise this election is one pathetic show of electoral enthusiasm. This is mirrored around the country at places where campaign signs are usually thick upon the poles this many days before the primaries. Those signs are curiously absent, all but those for Ron Paul. And very few of those signs are designed, printed, paid for, and placed by volunteers.

My friend, Donna Volatile, noted no signs on her drive to Santa Fe except those for Paul and two hopeful signs for Hillary. The area is very liberal. Donna was a liberal like I was once an Objectivist. Lots of us have changed things we thought worked because they don't.

You can imagine the conversation at the GOP HQ, New Hampshire before the invitation was issued.

“What do you mean no one will come?”

“Well, Fartus, these Ron Paul people just, I mean, well, we can get the people at the Derry Retirement Home to come. If you pay for their tickets.”

But...they will get to meet the candidates for President!?”

“Yah, but they will come anyway if there is a free lunch.”

“Well, we have to get some bodies! Make it happen.”

And so Log Cabin gets its invite.

Ron Paul would tell them that it is an economic principle that there is no such thing as a free lunch. But he will not be there.

But that does not mean that his presence could not be felt.

While the Corporatized Candidates are sitting huddled with Chris Wallace in their smoke filled room at Hampshire Hills Sports & Fitness Club in Milford, probably playing Paper, Stone, Scissors to decide who will get to play president and vice-president and who will relegated to serving on a corporate board, we can change the rules on them. Not just an event but a call to America for Ron and Freedom all will hear.

We need to stop asking to be included so that we can show America how they have been enslaved and change directions.

To this moment the corporations have driven the dialogue;they have said, “out of our charity we will include you.” Now, we need to let them know that is over. Now we show them that it is not they who govern us but the people who govern themselves.

The Republican Party was a vehicle for upholding the Constitution. It could be so again, if we can pry their fear-ridden fingers from control. But it was never the political parties that mattered; those are just tools. What matters is our rights and the vision of a people who govern themselves from their own homes and communities. That is the revolution, what we have been doing without even realizing it.

That is what makes us Revolutionaries.

In Milford we will show them what it means to stand on a record that contains the whole, unvarnished, unedited, truth. Theirs are riddled with spin, they are flawed, ugly; they are funded by the greed that wishes always to consume others using the tools intended to secure freedom for all of us. Let that be seen.

We will show America what they really are. Then America can become the vision to the world it was meant to be.

Our questions will be answered. These are the questions that are never asked in their 'debates.'

Their actions will finally speak for them. That afternoon in Milford we can hold a Forum for Truth. We can broadcast it on line; America will listen.

Ron's presence and voice has already transformed the debate on many issues. But there is much more he needs to say. At the same time we must show Americans how they can regain control of their own communities.

In the next week we can produce the record on each of them. We can ask America to help, and they will. Let all secrets about the Corporate Candidates finally be known.

Their 'visions,' their dreams of power are our nightmares. America needs to make an informed choice next November. We will cut down through the meaningless rhetoric to the facts.

Our nation faces unimaginable challenges, problems never that have never before confronted any nation in history. Americans see this and all are worried.

Our country faces a complete economic meltdown; Banks are being subsidized at the rate of billions every day. Instead of bringing our troops home each corporate candidate has committed himself to continuing the failed policies of George Bush and those who preceded him. It has been a very long time since America had a non-corporate administration.

All of these disasters have profited the ugly alliance of government and corporations.

It is time for Americans to understand what those visions would mean to our families and to us. We can do that in Milford.

Will we have homes left to live in? Will we have food to eat? Jobs?

Will we watch those we love die, untreated because we can no longer afford medical care? Will we see on the television that our pension fund is gone, sucked dry through investments that were high risk when no such investments were to be permitted?

Will our children be able to get an education? Will we see them go off to college or off to endless wars that send them home in coffins or mangled and without hope?

I look at my son and wonder what the world holds for him every day. Arthur wants to go to Disneyland. I tell him we need to wait just a little longer. When you look at your own children you ask yourself the same questions.

Each of these candidates stands by a government that has canceled rights granted not by government but by God. Therefore they stand by a government that has made itself God.

Milford is a charming little town with lots of local shops, wonderful restaurants, charming old homes. There, we can give Americans a Forum for Truth.

Our event will give America the understanding needed to survive and take America back.

Come and sign the Declaration of Independence, it will be there with the causes that make our actions necessary. They need to know we mean it.

The Ron Paul Legacy of Freedom: How people will govern themselves.

Future historians will debate the point. Historians being what they are there will doubtless be as many opinions as there are historians.

“ If the Ron Paul Campaign had been competent would we still have taken back America?”

They may hold conferences to consider the points, assay the individuals involved; there will be no disagreement that it was through the candidacy of Ron Paul that the world of political campaigns changed forever, moving into networking, as opposed to hierarchy; The real question will be the motives of those in charge of the official campaign. That is natural; the Ron Paul Campaign overturned that political hierarchy first.

Could the Campaign HQ in Arlington, Virginia have held politics on its previous course if it had been run competently, as the other presidential campaigns were run? What if they had possessed some modicum of experience? What if they had known that the media uses a Day Book, into which all campaigns enter their events? What if they had had a steering committee, standard for presidential campaigns? Lots of what ifs to be discussed by historians. We can be sure they will be.

Did those entrusted by Ron understand that for revolution to take place they must force activists to react against authority?

The formal campaign in Arlington, Virginia was from the first instance unable to do anything much but antagonize activists, forcing volunteers to work on their own. They refused to put up the Congressman's schedule; they refused to pay so Ron could participate in what proved to be the pivotal South Carolina debate until activists inundated them.

The historians will debate if those failures was intentional or sheer incompetence. Those details will interest only historians.

Those failures made it necessary for individual activists, moved by the words and principles of Ron Paul, to look about them and use what had been made available through the Internet to take the campaign into their own hands.

And so a new world of governance through persuasion and consensus was born.

The Internet erupted. Signs in yards, on the highways, and in the sky appeared from the pocketbooks and work of ordinary people. Graphics produced and shared online, with requests filled by volunteers became routine. Ron Paulists began monitoring ballot access; they learned how to conduct registration drives, how to do videos, how to organize; how to fund raise. They had to and they did so unburdened by anything but the need to promote their candidate.

Through its absolute failure, therefore the corporatized, official campaign made it necessary to reinvent the forms for political action to which we had become accustomed. As Jefferson said in the Declaration, “...all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

The campaign flowed past Arlington, Virginia to make history by forging new tools of human action. That, history will note. The people had had enough of regular government and those who acted like one.

When you build new tools that work those tools get used.

Those same tools, decentralized strategies for broad social cooperation that lower the cost for accomplishing rapid change, are now being applied to all human action. The CorporaState will feel the impact like a sledge hammer to the side of the head.

Not to say it is going to be easy; but now it is impossible to stop. The people know how to do it. A taste of their own, individual power was all they needed.

Forget Blackwater; Erik Prince will return to playing with toy soldiers and conducting seminars for hunters once he gets out of prison. The War in Iraq will sputter to a halt. The debates on whether we should have gone will cease. Revolution is happening.

The continued ability of corporations and government to redirect our money into their pockets always depended on their cleverness in keeping a hierarchal social, political, and business structure in place. The Ron Paul Revolution changed the rules.

The change took place first in politics but is essentially spiritual, reaching into the minds and hearts of people across the world to whisper, “you are all One.”

If that sounds much too mystical to be relevant to politics, think again. We are spiritual beings in material form no matter what our faith. Today much of the Earth is Christian, not through preaching but through demonstrating the benefits of living out that truth; Christians believe we are One in Him. But the connection between us is understood by all faiths.

In his book, “The Rise of Christianity,” Rodney Stark demonstrated this using the staid tools of sociology. The words of Jesus said, “Whatsoever you do for another you do also for Me.” Those early Christians took that literally, reaching out to nurse the victims of plague, ignoring the religious affiliation of those they struggled to save. To each they granted through the truth of their actions the inborn autonomy of self-ownership. Women were free, a freedom they would enjoy until the Christian Church became hierarchal with Constantine.

Think of that early Church-State, the one that imposed a hierarchy where there had been freedom to live in brotherhood with all. Today we reverse direction.

Individual freedom, free choice, enforced by custom and law, enriches all of us in more ways than we can possibly imagine because the world so created shatters all of our own self-framed limitations and prejudices.

Now, this moment, the flow of time and power is moving away forever from the concentration of power in the hands of a few and towards the means each of us can use to realize our own personal power.

The invisible hand, all of us together, is flexing its muscles.

So today the Ron Paul Air Force takes to the air with banners and blimps to exclaim that all who read should, “Google Ron Paul;” an invitation for connection that transcends all boundaries. People are googling and finding ideas that make sense spoken by a man who demonstrably means what he says. That truth is ripping through the long winded and carefully manicured images delivered through corporate media.

The contrast is striking.

Websites built by volunteers provide tools for action. People gather in their communities to sign the Revolution from bridges and sidewalks. The Granny Warriors take it on the road, uniting young and old in a voice that includes all ages and ethnicities.

You can see it.

You saw the disbelief on the faces of the 'other' Republican candidates while they listened to Ron say the simple truth as Ron has always done.

No one was more surprised than Ron himself at the reaction.

The Frame imposed by the 'debates' was the corporate – government - media attempt to limit our choices and so keep us on their grids; that frame is gone now, replaced by potentials that broaden and deepen every day. Breaking the framing of the CorporaState was the essential precondition for real change.

The people are now doing it themselves, demonstrating how a single, once marginalized, political campaign can change everything.

Soon they will discover that the possibilities are limitless even as they exercise their minds to make sure that they avoid the many attempts to redirect them and their resources into the pockets of those who scheme to build their own little empires. That was to be expected. Success attracts lots of hungry leeches.

Many who formerly thought of themselves as leftists or progressives are discovering that in the Ron Paul Revolution there is no left and right.

Ron Paul has committed himself to rolling back the Federal Government. The rest is up to the people. A people who govern themselves do it from their own homes, their own communities, using those too long overlooked tools of persuasion and consensus building.

All of us were on the corporate grids. In climbing off we will use the same tools, cooperation and innovation, sharing knowledge freely, those are the tools at the foundation of the Ron Paul Revolution.

Individuals are renting houses in New Hampshire to house volunteers who will work through the primary. Those volunteers, many of them professionals, will then move on to South Carolina and Florida. Individuals are putting their lives on hold; just as if there was a war going on.

That is how the Ron Paul Revolution happens. Individuals take responsibility. They ask for help where necessary and the people come, drawn together by that common vision.

Ron Paul will be president, if he lives long enough. Killing him would change nothing. The ideas that Ron speaks have sunk deep. Ron's death would simply put the Revolution into high gear.

Politics is only one of the arenas ordinary people will remake using those tools.

Soon we will climb off all the grids enforced for corporations by government. Energy will be generated at point of usage. It will be cheap. No more people will die because they cannot heat their homes in winter or cool them in summer. Those systems will soon be on the market, despite the Department of Energy that sucked trillions out of Americans.

As we do in energy, we will do in all other parts of our lives.

Big Oil, Big Farming, Big Government all used the same tool, government, to perpetuate profits.

Production will be much more local; craftsmanship and pride in work well done will return. Instead of one global village we will become a globe of villages.

Big Medicine, Big Pharma, Big Retail, Big Courts; each of these controls us for profit. Each is a problem the people will solve themselves. Healing can take unexpected forms; it must to work.

And history will look to the Ron Paul Campaign as the moment when the people discovered they did not need government.

We learn best by seeing and doing it for ourselves.

Blackstone Group, the giant vacuum cleaner of a limited partnership which was constructed to suck the last bits of capital out of Americans, is now tanking. Goodness knows, it has done its job. On November 13^th the New York Times blandly reported that, “ Blackstone’s financial disclosures are more complex than most. Under generally accepted accounting principles, it reported a net loss of $113.2 million for the three months that ended Sept. 30, or 44 cents a common unit. In the period a year earlier, it earned $372.5 million in net income;” at the same time Americans have watched the mortgage market turn upside down, with foreclosures doubling from last year and continuing sharply upwards.

Don't expect a turn around. It is not happening; it is not going to happen within the frame of our present government.

I wrote an article last summer urging Americans to get out of debt. Investing in your own solvency was and is the best place to put your money. After that invest in canned goods and things you can reliably trade or aim.

The credit issue minimized by FED Czar Ben Bernanke really signals the slow fall from great heights of the US dollar as the world trembles; markets are reacting to the shock waves that have not yet hit, but that crash on the rocks of reality will hit all of us.

You have to wonder why Bernanke took the job; certainly Greenspan is working hard to build some deniability. It is also rumored that two high level executives from Blackstone are edging towards the exit. After they are past the door they can cash out their stock.

The stock market, as experienced by the past four generations, was nothing more than the roulette table with us chumps tossing in the chips. The mortgage market, credit, securities, each of these and the FED that enabled the ongoing Ponzi scheme are now winding down to their last moments, leeching out the remnants of our faith. The Greedy are bug-eyed with how hard they are sucking. You can almost hear it if you listen. Many doubtless have ranches in Paraguay, as does Bush.

And now for the good news.

The CorporaState folks, those people of greed who lived through the lies, bullying, and violence visited on us through the institutions we financed and trusted, know perfectly well that the game is up. They had hoped their program for centralized control would be much further advanced by today; the militarization of the police would be solid; that we would all be chipped with real IDs and that the North American Union would be an established fact.

It didn't happen but it was a close thing. Future historians will be shifting through the reasons for that in a generation – after we finish the revolution. After the indictments. After the guilty are turned upside down, their ill-gotten gains shaken out so they can be left whimpering and naked on the street.

The realization of the real 'game' is now dawning on more Americans every day as the truth about the FED and the conversion of America's institutions of governance into shackles delivering us up to those pathetic 'masters of the mind' are exposed like the Wizard of Oz when Toto pulls back the curtain.

Many well intended people are, as I write, working on their grant applications in the misguided belief that those with the stolen money will continue the sedating dole that kept the cadre of professional do-gooders happily fed over the last several decades. But that is the past. Grants, like our credit, have dried up. Those in think tanks, dependent on your 401Ks, take note.

We are now on the reality page. There is a lot to be done, but when we are finished the world will be very different.

We have health issues that present what seems to be an insurmountable problem because of the entitlements created through the present system. That is mostly illusion. When communities come together good things happen.

Even the problem of military and veterans now suffering from the effects of DU does not have to end lives. Veterans have it in their power to enact change – and many of us are there to help them do just that. Veterans with DU poisoning can get health and live normal lives. This has worked with people and cattle in New England for generations. The solutions are out there. It is not rocket science.

Reestablishing our health is not expensive but it does require changing our practices and habits. You do not have to be locked into fear. You can handle it yourself, as many have already done.

The rise in medical interventions originates from the gleam of greed in the eye of the practitioner and the use of such insane interventions as pesticides. Pesticides are the products of war repackaged for the profit of no one but corporations. You can get off pesticides. Go here for the answers you need.

There are solutions to every problem that take us off every grid. Start a garden and grow local, find or start a co-op. That food is safer and healthier.

We have energy issues. Through the electric grid and through transportation we are locked into petroleum. They want us to stay there until they figure out how to charge us for something else. If they could put sunlight in the gas tank we would have solar power.

Changing the infrastructure seems impossible right now. It isn't. In just a few months you can be off the electric grid and off the oil grid. Let them find honest jobs and reserve oil usage for plastics.

The solution is not more different kinds of grids; batteries that die and are dumped do not solve the problem but the solution exists, just beyond our vision. The means for making energy free and entirely off the grid is in the offing because the principles of thermodynamics makes multiple approaches accessible; the reason they made sure kids no longer got Mr. Wizard Chemistry and Science sets was to stave off the horrible day when we understood those principles.

You can do it yourself – solar and other technologies are now affordable if you look around. But soon you will also be able to buy do-it-yourself kits that make it possible to call the electric company and tell them to take the meter off your house. Also look for the affordable car that (this is only the first step) gets 175 miles a gallon. Coming soon.

Getting off the government grid is also an issue.

To do that support Ron Paul for President, Kucinich for Vice President. All of the other candidates are in tryouts for the position of lead PR agent for the grid corporations. Make sure that the sheriff in your county is prepared to order the Feds out; he or she is obligated to do so when those slimy takers violate the Constitution. The Feds do that with nearly every breath they take, so this should happen soon. Public schools exist to produce cogs for corporate machines. That is why kids graduate without knowing how to balance a check book or being able to think for themselves. Start homeschooling your kids. Do you love your children? Are you raising them to be cogs? You know the answer to that question.

The other major grid is your mortgage and your credit cards. That grid also has an exit. The case of First National Bank of Montgomery vs. Jerome Daly sent shock waves – through the grid corporations and into the FED. The case determined in 1968 resulted in the murder of the presiding judge a few months later but established the principle that the FED works its wiles illegally. The judgment rendered read:

“IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:

1.That the Plaintiff is not entitled to recover the possession of Lot 19, Fairview Beach, Scott County, Minnesota according to the Plat thereof on file in the Register of Deeds office.

2.That because of failure of a lawful consideration the Note and Mortgage dated May 8, 1964 are null and void.

3.That the Sheriff’s sale of the above described premises held on June 26, 1967 is null and void, of no effect.

4.That the Plaintiff has no right title or interest in said premises or lien thereon as is above described.

5.That any provision in the Minnesota Constitution and any Minnesota Statute binding the jurisdiction of this Court is repugnant to the Constitution of the United States and to the Bill of Rights of the Minnesota Constitution and is null and void and that this Court has jurisdiction to render complete Justice in this Cause.

The following memorandum and any supplementary memorandum made and filed by this Court in support of this Judgment is hereby made a part hereof by reference.

Honest judges are few; we need to take back the courts, too.

Credit cards pose the same problem. The 'money' of the institutions is all bogus and therefore should not be honored in any way. Start a local credit union; let it stand on the good faith and integrity of your own community.

The Federal Reserve is a very private corporation that was imposed on America by the same people, in later generations, that continue to fleece us today. Fraud, under color of law, is a felony; when the felons have seized the courts then the people need to innovate.

Ask yourself, do you feel like being free? America was founded on the principles of individual rights, freedom, government at the most local level carried out through persuasion and consent. That is still the vision and the visions for which we live and die become true.
